1 Introduction & Acceptance

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with aq789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of aq789 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from aq789 or have had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

aq789 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any stage. Accounts found to have been registered by users who do not meet eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

3 Account Registration

To access aq789's full range of services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) aq789 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. aq789 uses technical and manual controls to detect and merge or close duplicate accounts. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• You must notify aq789 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• aq789 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

aq789 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aq789 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). aq789 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your verified account status and location.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your aq789 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. aq789 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside aq789's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your aq789 account, subject to applicable limits.
• aq789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including source-of-funds evidence.
• Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1–24 hours subject to network congestion.

aq789 will not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All transactions must be made between the verified aq789 account and payment methods owned by the same account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aq789 offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence for the specific offer in question.

aq789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any amendment will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of claim.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on aq789 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing any bet. General principles that apply across all aq789 betting and gaming products include:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless aq789 specifically permits bet editing for a given market.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. aq789 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has occurred but before the system has been updated.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by approved testing agencies. aq789 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

aq789 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in response to suspicious betting patterns or integrity concerns raised by a sporting body.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aq789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one aq789 account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the aq789 platform, place bets, or access games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any bet or game.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in any aq789 game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals in connection with aq789 transactions.
• Using the aq789 platform to launder money or facilitate any other unlawful financial activity.

8 Intellectual Property

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any aq789 intellectual property without the prior written consent of aq789.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aq789 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

9 Privacy & Data

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq789, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the aq789 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network outages, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any service, game, or betting market.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the aq789 platform.

aq789's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aq789 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

You may close your aq789 account by contacting customer support, provided that all pending bets have been settled and no outstanding balance disputes exist. aq789 will process any remaining verified balance in your account following the completion of any applicable withdrawal verification procedures.

aq789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or other financial crime.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, aq789 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aq789 holds its international gaming licence. By using the aq789 platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Nothing in this section shall limit aq789's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraudulent activity, or enforce a debt obligation.

Pakistani players acknowledge that online gaming laws within Pakistan are subject to change and that it remains the individual player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing aq789 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

14 Amendments

aq789 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.
